TVS Radeon will be launched in the festive season, know what is special
In India, TVS Motor Company has announced the launch of two new color schemes for its Radeon commuter. The firm has introduced two new dual-tone color scheme options: a red and black option and a blue and black. Apart from the color job, no additional changes have been made to the commuter motorbike.
Each of the new paint schemes includes a dual-tone gasoline tank and a body-colored headlight assembly. The side body panels sport a dual-tone look, and there’s also a ‘Radian’ decal. In both the options, the front mudguard has been painted black while the engine cover has been painted gold.
Alloy wheels are available in Black Down below in both the color variants. Apart from the look, the rest of the features of the bike are the same. The Radeon includes LED DRL, USB charging port, disc brake and other features.
The BS6 compliant TVS Radeon is powered by a 109.7 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 8.08 PS at 7,350 rpm and 8.7 Nm at 4,500 rpm and is BS6-compliant. A 4-speed transmission is available as an option. The maximum fuel economy of the bike is 79.3 kmpl.
Talking about the price, the new dual-tone variants of TVS Radeon are a bit expensive than the basic ones. The drum variant (DT) costs Rs 68,982, while the disc variant (DT) costs Rs 71,982, making both the models Rs 900 more expensive. Honda CD 110 Dream DX, Bajaj Platina ES 100, and Hero Splendor Plus are all direct competitors.
